Terms, Conditions, & Policies
Parts / Installation: Complete Hydraulic Service & Sales, Inc. recommends that you employ a certified electrician to complete the installation of your equipment. Complete Hydraulic Service & Sales, Inc. is not responsible for any problems or damage that occurs from the installation of the power unit and / or motor by anyone who is not a certified electrician. Complete Hydraulic Service & Sales, Inc. is by law not able to provide an electrical wiring diagram.
Damaged / Missing Parts Policy: All equipment must be inspected upon receipt. Making note of any visible damage or missing pieces on the Bill of Lading. Complete Hydraulic Service & Sales, Inc. will not be liable for any damages that occurred during shipment with the freight company if it is not noted on the Bill of Lading. Missing power units and / or motors must be reported at the time of delivery and marked on the bill of lading. Any missing parts, concealed damages, or incorrect equipment needs to be reported within 1 day of receipt. If the equipment is refused please see the Shipping Policies below for refused shippments. .
Shipping Policies: CUSTOMERS ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR OFF LOADING THE EQUIPMENT AT THE TIME OF THEIR DELIVERY and any additional time more than the normal TRUCKING COMPANY allows will be billed additional to the customer. Any paid for equipment that is refused for delivery will be sent back to the trucking company shipping terminal for your personal pick up within 2 days. NOTE: Shipping and storage fees will apply per day per the trucking company storage fees. Should the trucking company have to return with the equipment on another day additional freight will be charged to the customer's same method of payment as the orgioinal method of payment by credit card, check by phone, charge account, Cash, etc. On special orders there is no guaranteed time of delivery even if an estimated date and time is written on the customer's invoice or verbal. Especally on special orders due to manifacturing time delays and changes, In-bound and Out-bound shipping lanes, Custom Inspections, Steamship lines, Holidays, Weather, etc. In most cases, the trucking company will offer a 24 hour delivery notice call at an additional expense to the customer to ensure you are prepared for receipt and off loading of your goods and equipment, (NOTE: This call will likely delay delivery by 1 day and additional fees will apply). NOTE: All products not in stock at the time of the sale OR order are considered as special orders. And, cannot be canceled or refunded. (NOTE: We will fill special orders as soon as possible because we care about on time delivery for our customers). SHIPPING COSTS MAY VARY AND ADDITIONAL FREIGHT CHARGES WILL APPLY AS NECESSARY IF NECESSARY DUE TO INCREASES OR CHANGES IN FUEL SURCHARGES while special order equipment is being manifactured and on the water, etc. All due dates are subject to change as stated above.
Payment Policies: Any payments and deposits for special orders or custom orders are non-refundable. If payment is tendered by credit card or check by phone / wire transfer / fax, purchaser / customer agrees to instruct their credit card or banking institution to honor payment to Complete Hydraulic Service & Sales, Inc. Purchaser / customer further agrees to not initiate a credit card chargeback, or canel check / check by phone / credit card / fax payment / wire transfer at any time once product has started manufacturing. In addition, purchaser / customer agrees that all sales are final once product has shipped.
Return Policies: ALL SALES ARE FINAL ONCE YOUR PRODUCT HAS GONE TO MANUFACTURING OR HAS BEEN SHIPPED. Orders cannot be cancelled after payment is processed or before manufacturing, Any walk in approved returns will be charged a 25% cancellation fee of the total invoice. If a product is shipped and purchaser / customer refuses product then customer / purchaser will be responsible for shipping costs to and from plus a 30% restocking fee. Warranty Policies: Any attempts at a charge back or legal action against Complete Hydraulic Service & Sales, Inc. voids the warranty on the product purchased regardless of the decisions made by all companies involved in the transaction and or the decision of the courts. Once warranty is voided, it cannot be reinstated. No other warranty is expressed or implied. Warranty is governed by the laws of the state of Indiana, county of Johnson. Complete Hydraulic Service & Sales, Inc. will not enter into any verbal agreements regarding changes to the stated warranty policy. Complete Hydraulic Service & Sales, Inc. reserve the right to change or amend any measurements, instructions, policies, and warranties, as stated in our manuals, or on the Complete Hydraulic Service & Sales, Inc. website, and any other printed or published materials, without notice to our customers prior to changes being made. Purchaser / customer has read and understands the whole of this document and all parts hereof.
Purchaser / customer further understands that this document and all parts thereof is governed in whole or in part by the law of the State of Indiana. Any action at law, suit in equity, or any other judicial proceedings for the enforcement of this document or any provision thereof shall be instituted only in the courts of Johnson County, in the State of Indiana. The covenants and conditions contained in this document shall apply to and bind the parties, purchasers, customers, heirs, legal representatives and assigns of the parties.
